These three little letters are beyond my comprehension. I wanna know about your TMI. I wanna tell you about mine. Sharing helps me find my normal. And my abnormal. I have shared just about every detail of my life for most of my life to just about anyone who cared to listen. And what I've found is that we are all pretty much the same. I have yet to share something embarrassing, off-putting, or taboo that hasn't, at some point, been met with a "No kidding?!?!? Me too!!!"
Now, don't get me wrong. I have limits. I don't find bathroom humor funny in the slightest, and I certainly don't find sharing it to be anybody's business, but on the other hand, I'll tell you whatever you might wanna know about my vagina. Therefore, I understand that one person's TMI is another persons hot topic. I can handle a little give and take, and in the blogosphere, TMI is what makes the world go round. I respect it. I love it.
One of my blog friends (another Jennifer, wouldn't you know) was recently featured on The Today Show discussing TMI in the world of pregnancy. She's a big deal in the blog world, blogging about everything that's on her mind. I love her for it. Watch her HERE. She's brave, entertaining, and gloriously open about her life. Oh, and her baby is BREATHTAAAAAAKINNNNNGGG (Oprah voice). Check out her fantastic blog HERE. You're gonna be hooked.
